Jinan Star successfully passed the IATF16949 audit

In July 2024, Zhang Yan and Liu Yanmei from Shanghai NQA Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a second-stage audit of the IATF16949 automotive quality management system standard for our company. The process of this IATF16949 audit is not only a comprehensive inspection of our Star fastener quality management system, but also a profound journey of learning and self-improvement.

Integration of standards and practice: The IATF16949 standard is not only a theoretical framework, but also a compass for practical operations. Through the audit, I deeply realized the importance of integrating standard principles into daily work. It prompts us to constantly review existing processes to ensure that every fastener production link can meet the requirements of the standard, so as to build a quality management system that is both compliant with the specifications and efficient.

Face problems and promote growth: During the audit process, we will inevitably encounter some problems and challenges. However, it is the existence of these problems that prompts us to reflect more deeply on our own shortcomings and seek ways to improve and enhance. I regard these problems as valuable assets on the road of enterprise growth. They not only help us discover potential risks and hidden dangers, but also point out the direction for us to move forward. By actively responding to problems and taking effective measures to rectify them, we have achieved self-improvement and improvement.
