From June 16th to 22nd, the chairman participated in the study tour of Japan's lean manufacturing benchmarking enterprises organized by Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group. Through the study tour, he learned a lot of knowledge about lean management. On June 28th, the chairman presided over the communication and exchange meeting of the study tour in Japan. The general manager and managers of various departments attended the meeting. At the meeting, the chairman shared the company's business and Toyota's PPT files with everyone, and shared his valuable experience and profound insights in studying lean management in Japan, aiming to inject new vitality into the company's management upgrade and innovative development. 

At the meeting, the chairman first introduced the background and purpose of this study tour in Japan. He emphasized that Japan has always been a world leader in lean management. This personal inspection and study gave him a deeper understanding of the concept and practice of lean management.

The chairman elaborated on the latest Toyota management methods and cost lean management in detail. He pointed out that lean management emphasizes the elimination of waste, continuous improvement, respect for employees and the maximization of customer value. Through field visits to Japanese companies, he witnessed the great role played by lean management in production process optimization, quality control, supply chain management, etc.

During the sharing process, the chairman cited several vivid cases, allowing everyone to deeply feel the remarkable results brought by lean management.

In the communication session, the general manager expressed his feelings and put forward his own ideas and suggestions on how to combine the lean management concept with the actual situation of the company.

Finally, the chairman summarized this communication meeting. He said that this sharing is just a beginning. In the future, the company will formulate measures to gradually integrate the concept and methods of lean management into the daily operations of the company and continuously improve the company's management level and competitiveness.
