Jinan Star Fastener Co., Ltd. founded in 1968,is one of the earliest manufacturers of fasteners designated by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in Shandong Province. It is a key fastener enterprise in Shandong Province and a member of the China Machinery General Parts Industry Association. Member of China Fastener Professional Association, executive director unit of China Fastener Professional Association, member unit of National Fastener Standardization Technical Committee (Chairmen Huang Hui and Jin Song were elected as members of the National Fastener Standardization Technical Committee).
Our company has strong technical force and complete quality testing equipment，which has passed the 2015 version of ISO9001 quality management system certification. In 2020, it passed the ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO50001 energy management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety system certification. Our company has 3 invention patents. , 11 design patents, 37 utility model patents, and 1 computer software copyright. Our company's "Pingbiao" trademark has been registered in Japan and the United States respectively. The Pingbiao trademark has also been registered as a "Madrid trademark" in 13 countries. In 2010, company's high-strength fasteners were rated as "Shandong Province Famous Brand Products", in 2014 the company's "Pingbiao" trademark was rated as "China's Well-known Trademark" by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. In 2017, our company's laboratory passed the national CNAS certification. In 2018, company passed the European CE certification. In 2019, it was rated as a provincial "specialized, special and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise. In 2020, it was rated as a gazelle enterprise in Shandong Province and a green enterprise in Jinan City, Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Center and High-tech Enterprise. Our company has multiple multi-station cold heading machines and various fastener manufacturing equipment, raw material annealing furnaces, controlled atmosphere mesh belt heat treatment furnaces, electro-galvanizing production lines and blackening production lines. Since moving into the new factory at the end of 2016, the company has taken the relocation as an opportunity to expand production, scale and market. The company's overall strength has grown day by day. The company has added nearly 20 environmentally friendly cold heading equipment, 2 acid-free environmentally friendly fully automatic shot blasting machines, 4 fully automatic galvanizing production lines, 5 heat treatment production lines, and 1 fully automatic hot-dip galvanizing production line. In order to realize blue skies and clear water, and to assume the social responsibility of environmental protection, we spent nearly 8 million to purchase environmental protection facilities and safety production facilities, laying the foundation for the long-term development of the company.
Our company mainly produces and operates a series of fastener products, with an annual output of 30,000 tons of various fasteners. The company's products are mainly exported and are exported to more than 20 countries and regions including Australia, the United States, Japan, and Israel. The main product types include hexagonal head bolts, hexagonal flange bolts, semicircular head square neck bolts, semicircular head oval neck bolts, square head bolts, T-bolts, U-bolts, anchor bolts, track bolts, and hexagonal head wood screws, hexagonal cylindrical head screws, hexagonal and square nuts and various washers, etc. Our products are used in mechanical equipment, vehicles, ships, railways, construction, instrumentation and other industries. Product standards include German standard, Australian standard, American standard, Japanese standard and national standard, etc.
